Emulation is used for testing the controls systems (PLC and SCADA programs) before implementing them on site. We use our custom emulator to test/tweak our programs to lessen on-site commissioning times, reducing cost and risk.

Our customizable database design and sort allocation software allow us to control the sortation and delivery of goods through any system while simultaneously collecting and reporting all data associated with the goods as they travel through the facility.

Alliant Technologies has a regimented Quality Control Process for all control panel manufacturing. We design, manufacture, and deliver control panels for clients around the world, adhering to either IEC or NEMA standards. Our panel shop is UL 508 certified, capable of listing panels as UL or CUL. We are affluent with fabricating to strict customer specifications in accordance with UL 508, National Electric Code, NFPA 79, and NFPA 70E. We are familiar with all major electrical product manufacturers, including Allen-Bradley, Cutler-Hammer, Siemens, and Schneider Electric (Square D).

State-of-the-art LEEDs Certified Facility
Alliant Technologies' state-of-the-art, 45,000 sq. ft. facility, includes a 20,000 sq ft high volume panel fabrication and our technology application emulation/simulation center. The site also serves as Alliant Technologies headquarters is located in Louisville, Kentucky.
Disciplined Quality Control
Alliant Technologies, has a regimented Quality Control Process for all control panel manufacturing. Each panel is fabricated, tested, and approved by an Alliant Technologies' Quality Control Manager prior to shipment
Global Support Services
Alliant Technologies, currently holds several 24/7 maintenance support contracts for many of multi-national clients. Alliant Technologies maintenance contracts include training, engineering support, and catastrophic failure recovery.
